I’m sworn to secrecy, but I’ve witnessed the hiding of the salsa fresca a few times.

Molé Mama's Salsa Fresca Recipe
5 large tomatoes
½ medium onion
2 serrano peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
1 bunch of cilantro
Salt to taste
Rinse and drain excess water from all ingredients.
Chop tomatoes, onion, peppers and cilantro super fine. Best to remove most of the seeds from the peppers to keep down the heat. Mix together in bowl.
Add lime juice, salt and mix well. Eat immediately or keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
