So, I’m excited to launch my new molcajete recipes series and help you take your cooking to the next level with some good old-fashioned molcajete magic. My latest series includes videos on how to cure your molcajete, use it for grinding spices, make salsas, guacamole, warm, delicious dishes like Queso Fundidos, Camerones Con Tequila, and more! I’m also experimenting with Mexican-Portuguese and Mexican-Soul fusion molcajete recipes, and I hope to share some new yummy recipes soon. (Add pics of molcajetes on Food Network and website recipes)
